How do I find a specific item in the online shop?
You can use the "Search" field to display the items you want directly. To do this, enter the name or article number if you know them. Alternatively, you can also search for keywords such as "t-shirt" or "glass".
How can I tell if a product is available in the quantity I want?
Simply enter the desired quantity of the article in the "Quantity" field and place it in the shopping cart.
If your order quantity exceeds the existing quantity, this will be displayed to you directly.
In the event of increased demand and orders overlapping in time, it may happen that an item is still displayed as available although it is already sold out.
In this case, we will issue you a credit note for payments in advance or PayPal.
Do I have to register to place an order in the online shop?
If you order in the online shop, you will be asked to enter your personal data on the way to the checkout.
You have the choice of opening a customer account or continuing your order as a guest.
Registration offers you the following advantages:
- Save your shipping addresses for subsequent orders
- Your shopping cart is saved for your next visit
- Overview of your last orders and the processing status of your current order
Can I also order by phone or email?
Our customer service will be happy to take your order by phone or email. You can find the contact details in the "Contact" section.
Can I also order from abroad?
The goods are delivered with the best possible forwarding agent and only within the delivery countries specified in the ordering process. For more information, please see "Payment Methods and Shipping Costs"
How can I find out whether my order has arrived in the online shop?
If you have not received this, please also check your spam or trash folder.
Can I change or cancel an order afterwards?
You can cancel prepayment orders that have not yet been paid without any effort. Please inform us of your cancellation request by e-mail under "Contact" stating your order number. Unfortunately, orders that have already been dispatched can no longer be stopped. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

2. Payment
How can I pay?
You will find an overview of payment methods and shipping costs listed below.
What do I mean by bank transfer ?
When paying by bank transfer , you will receive a detailed order confirmation (value of goods including shipping costs) and our bank details after placing your order. Please transfer the amount due within 30 days, stating your order confirmation number. As soon as we have received the payment, we will ship your ordered goods.
What happens if I have exceeded the payment deadline for advance payment?
If we have not received the amount within the specified payment period of 30 days, the order will be cancelled.
Can I pay by PayPal?
If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, you must be registered there in order to be able to pay the invoice amount, or you must first register and authenticate yourself with your access data. You can also use the guest payment option via PayPal. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order.
In addition to our terms and conditions, PayPal's terms and conditions and data protection declaration apply to payment processing via PayPal.
Can I also pay by credit card?
You can pay with your American Express, Visa & Mastercard.
Can I also pay with Coinbase Commerce?
You can pay with the selected cryptocurrencies via Coinbase Commerce.
What other payment methods are there?
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sofort, Ideal, Bancontact
Should you return an item or should e.g. For example, if an item from your order is not available, you will receive a credit note. Depending on the payment method (payment in advance or PayPal), this will be posted to your corresponding account.

3. Delivery / Shipping
With which logistics partner will the goods be shipped?
Shipping is via the best possible shipping service provider.
When can I expect delivery of my goods?
It depends on whether it is in our European warehouse or not in stock and shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you have any further questions, take a look at Shipping + Delivery.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
As soon as your delivery leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains the tracking number (number/letter combination for unique identification of your package) for tracking the current status of the delivery. Under Package tracking you can enter the tracking number and see the package status.
If you have not received this, please also check your spam or trash folder.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If our postal service provider does not find you, he will hand over the consignment to a spouse or a resident/neighbor at the address given in return for confirmation of receipt. If the parcel could not be delivered to an alternative recipient, you will receive a notification card with which you can request a repeat delivery attempt or collect the parcel from the specified branch within seven working days upon presentation of ID. If the package was not picked up within the storage period or if it could not be handed in after repeated delivery attempts, it is considered undeliverable and will be returned to the sender.
Can I also have parcels delivered to a Packstation ?
Yes, our postal service also delivers to a specified packing station. Please enter this in the delivery address field.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
During the ordering process you can also specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address.
Which countries do you ship to and what are the shipping costs?
The goods are only delivered within the delivery countries specified in the ordering process. Shipping is free for all orders.

4. Personal Information
Where can I view, change or delete my data?
If you have filled in the password field, a customer account has been created for you. Your personal customer account can be viewed at any time in the "My Account" area. There you have the possibility to change your data or view current and previous orders.
To log in, enter your e-mail address and your personal password.
I've forgotten my password. What can I do?
In the "My Account" area, please click on the "Forgot your password" field. You will then be asked to enter your e-mail address. We will then email you a link to change your password.
How is my personal data handled?
Protecting your privacy is very important to us. In the footer you will find the link "Privacy and data protection". There we inform you about the handling of your data.

Note on articles with batteries
Some items are sold with batteries. You can return or send back empty batteries from our articles.
