1) What are the Shipping Costs?

2) How long does Delivery take?
Processing Time: (1-5 business days):
Order confirmation, product customization such as personalization, quality check, packaging
Delivery Time: (depending on country + product):
- Products that are shipped directly from Switzerland or from a major European distributor are marked with a * in the product description for free shipping and will reach their destination within 4-10 working days.
- Products that are not in Switzerland or in the European warehouse and are shipped directly from the manufacturer can also be ordered. The usual delivery time is usually 7-14 working days .
*All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. There may be delays during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day.
The guaranteed delivery time is 60 days. Deliveries that cannot be delivered within the guaranteed time will be fully refunded upon customer request. There is no claim beyond this.
3) Are there additional Customs Costs when Ordering?
No. For products with a value of more than CHF 100 that are shipped directly from the manufacturer, customs clearance costs of 7.7% of the value of the goods may apply. We are happy to accommodate our customers. If you receive a customs invoice, you are welcome to forward it to us by email and we will refund you the corresponding amount according to the invoice.
4) Where is my Package?
Once your package has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider and you will receive an email with a tracking number. This tracking number gives you the opportunity to track your order.

5) Why is my Tracking Number not working?
It may take up to 5 business days for the package location to update. We ask for your understanding and patience.
