How much is the shipping?

We currently offer our customers worldwide:

At Minikauf, we aim to offer you the best shipping options , no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers every day, mainly in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Europe, and can offer the highest level of responsiveness.

In order to ensure the fastest possible processing , orders with several products may be delivered in several shipments, as they are stored in different department stores.

* Products that are shipped directly from the European major distributor are marked with a * in the product description for free shipping and will reach their destination within 4 - 10 working days.

Products which we do not have in the European warehouse and are shipped directly from the manufacturer are without * for free shipping , can also be ordered and have a delivery time of 1-3 weeks.

How long does the delivery take? ( 1 + 2 )

The time span for deliveries consists of two periods:

 

1) Processing time (1-5 business days):

Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging.

This will be checked and approved within 12-24 hours after the order has been placed. As soon as the order has been released in our system, logistics will be commissioned within 1-4 days to pick up and ship the delivery.

2) Delivery time (depending on country + product):

The duration of from the manufacturer to the place of delivery. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it takes 1-3 weeks to reach Switzerland or Europe.

*All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day.

The guaranteed delivery time is 60 days. Deliveries that cannot be made within the guaranteed time will be fully refunded at the customer's request. There is no further entitlement.

Are there additional customs costs when ordering?

Products with a value of more than CHF 100 which are sent directly from the manufacturer may incur customs clearance costs of 7.7% of the value of the goods. We are happy to accommodate our customers. If you have received a customs invoice, you can forward it to us by email and we will refund you the corresponding amount from the purchase price.

Where is my package?

After the package has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider and you will receive an email with tracking information.

For logistical reasons, the shipment can be sent in several partial deliveries.
