Refund policy

For citizens of Switzerland:

The customer can request a refund of the purchase price or a reshipment if they have not received the product within the guaranteed time. (60 days not including 2-5 days processing)

The customer can request a refund or reshipment if they received the wrong item.
If the customer does not want the product, the customer has no right to a return or refund without reason. If the item needs to be returned, you must always send an email to info@minikauf.ch first.

The item must be unused when returned.

The customer is not entitled to a refund under the following conditions

  • The order has not been delivered due to factors within the customer's control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address)
  • The order was not delivered due to exceptional circumstances beyond Minikauf.ch's control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Minikauf.ch / Steiner E-Commerce
  • Damaged item (other than damaged in transit or defective upon receipt).
  • special procurement item
  • batteries and accumulators
  • Data carriers (hard drives, USB sticks, etc.)

Refunds can be requested within 30 days of the 60 day guaranteed delivery period. If the customer is eligible for a refund, the purchase price will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method (within 14 days).

For citizens of the European Union without Switzerland:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party commissioned by you who is not the carrier took possession of the (last) item(s).

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if you send the communication about exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us or return costs) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to the above address or hand them over to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
