Once the packing and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our first priority. Therefore, we grant you a refund right as described.If you have not received the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 2-5 day processing) or you have received the wrong item , you can request a refund or reshipment.
If you do not want the product you received because you have changed your mind, unfortunately you cannot request a refund.

If you are due a refund, it will be processed and the purchase price will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
We will not bear the return costs unless Minikauf is at fault.
If for any reason you wish to exchange the product it is imperative that you contact us first and we will guide you through the necessary steps.
If you request a refund, we will offer you a voucher for the full purchase price for the Minikauf online shop or give you your money back. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we will deduct a processing fee of 10% of the purchase price in the event of a refund (administration and processing fees). We do not charge a processing fee for refunds as mini-purchase vouchers.
