Returns & Refunds

Cancel order:

Once the packing and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds:

Your satisfaction is our first priority. Therefore, we grant you a refund right as described.

If you have not received the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 2-5 day processing) or you have received the wrong item , you can request a refund or reshipment.

If you do not want the product you received because you have changed your mind, unfortunately you cannot request a refund.

The following products are excluded from the right of return:

  1. Your order has not been delivered due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  2. Your order was delayed due to exceptional circumstances beyond Minikauf.ch 's control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)
  3. Damaged item (other than damaged in transit or defective upon receipt).

*You can request a refund within 30 days of the 60-day delivery guarantee period. Write us a message via our contact form .

If you are due a refund, it will be processed and the purchase price will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

Return costs:

We will not bear the return costs unless Minikauf is at fault.

Exchange:

If for any reason you wish to exchange the product it is imperative that you contact us first and we will guide you through the necessary steps.

If you request a refund, we will offer you a voucher for the full purchase price for the Minikauf online shop or give you your money back. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we will deduct a processing fee of 10% of the purchase price in the event of a refund (administration and processing fees). We do not charge a processing fee for refunds as mini-purchase vouchers.

Please do not return your order to us unless we ask you to do so.

Returns can only be accepted if a return form is included or an e-mail is attached after consultation with Minikauf , so that we can easily assign your return to the order made .
All packages that are provided without a return form or e-mail will be returned to the sender immediately.
