• The mobile phone should connect to 2.4G WiFi. If your WiFi is 5G WiFi, please set it to 2.4G WiFi.

Installation Guide:

1. Add food
2. Press the lid button to open and add food
3. Add desiccant
4. Take off the lid and open the desiccant box, insert the desiccant and close it
5. Install the food bowl
6. Put the bowl on the ground and stick the main body as the picture shows
7. Power on: Connect the charging cable to the power supply and the Type-C charging port at the bottom of the feeder
8. Add dry pet food and put on the lid (suitable for dry pet food with a diameter of 4-12mm

How to connect the APP:

How to schedule feeding schedule via APP:

Set the feeding schedule in the APP after connecting, it could be fed automatically as a schedule, and also can get feeding records at any time.

Instructions for manual feeding:

Double-click the manual feeding button, and then give a portion of the feed (about 5g) each time.
(It can also be controlled by APP)

To reset the WiFi connection:

Press and hold the feeding button for 5 seconds, the WiFi/Bluetooth indicator flashes quickly, then reset is successful.

Indicator description:

1. Confirm whether it is tourist mode, please register for the APP account at the first use.
2. Make sure the network password was entered correctly.
3. Please make sure you are using 2.4G WiFi network. This product does not support 5G WiFi.
4. Please make sure the WiFi is working in good condition. It is recommended that the distance is no more than 20 meters to avoid bad network connection.

Question: Why can't the device be found?
Answer: If there is no distribution network for a long time after booting, it is possible to search for the device when the network is distributed again. Please press the feed button for 6S and then add the device to search for the device.

Question: Why is no food given out?
Answer:

1. Please check whether the remaining feed is sufficient.
2. Please make sure pet food is dry food. This product only supports dry food.
3. This product may be added to a maximum of 20% freeze-dried food and may not exceed 12 mm in size.
4. Please confirm if the feed channel is full, this will reduce the number of feed portions.
5. If the feeder is stuck, please clean it and continue using after making sure the problem is solved.
