Tips:

In order to get the most reliable recording possible, we recommend that you take the test at least 45 minutes after drinking. You have to see how you take precautionary measures!

1. After drinking, it is recommended to wait 20 minutes before taking the test, as alcohol takes about 20 minutes to get into the blood from the digestive tract and residual alcohol in the mouth takes time to dissolve.
2. To get a more accurate result, the interval between tests should be at least three minutes.
3. Do not allow any liquid to enter the sensor.
4. To remind your safety of others, do not drink or drive.

Alcohol Test Instructions:

Press the "POWER" button once. The screen will display a 10 or 15 second countdown to indicate that the tester is entering "warm up" mode. When the 'beat' icon appears and the 10 second countdown starts, this indicates that the tester is on. Test the pneuma in the breath inhaler for 3-5 seconds and then read the result on the breathalyzer LCD.
The "Caution" symbol is displayed when the alcohol concentration is between 0.02% and 0.05% BAC or 0.1 mg/L to 0.25 mg/L BRAC
The "Danger" symbol is displayed when the alcohol concentration is above 0.05% BAC.
